Our curated Restorative Bio-hack Meditative Breathwork (RBMB) Techniques experience is a powerful healing & transformative journey that uses breathing and reiki techniques, including grounding elements of sound therapy and other healing modalities, to help unblock tense emotional energy and invite self-healing.

Over time we’ve learned to numb ourselves from being hurt, escape early life traumas and abandonment, or maybe we’re struggling to stay still and “ be fully present” in the now.

The Desert breathwork & Reiki experience gently facilitates the release of suppressed emotions, allowing you to regenerate your feelings and fully engage in life. Our Breathwork techniques help with anxiety, chronic pain, depression, emotional effects of illness, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

You will receive Experienced & Certified Guidance.

Private Sessions are also available, including groups and corporate teams. (Inquire about our newly introduced kids' sessions)
