  • The beginning of your session starts with an intention setting, and then you will be guided into a meditated state using breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and sound healing. I then go into Reiki body scanning, Reiki Healing, and Chakra balancing.
  • An intuitive reading, and guidance healing sessions.
  • Followed by Guided Meditation: A beautiful guided experience of self-relaxation, mindfulness, and stillness. There truly is no better time than now to experience a guided meditation and exploration of calming your mind and relaxing more profoundly into your being. With the experience of my guided mediation, not only will I take you into relaxation, but I will also guide you into the opening of blocked chakras. Taking you through a visual journey of healing through voice, breathing, and sound thereby.

    Just do it. You have nothing to lose and so so so much to gain. I have been on my healing journey for a moment now and thought a sound bath would be nice not at all realizing how deep it would take me and how many layers I would uncover, how many visions I would see. I have been to group sound baths before and they are nice but never in my life have I ever experienced anything as incredible as my session with Angeline. I was instantly made to feel safe and the vibes were absolutely immaculate.
