Reiki is a Japanese healing technique used for energy balancing, stress reduction, relaxation, meditation that also promotes healing.
The beginning of your session starts with an intention setting, and then you will be guided into a meditated state using breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and sound healing. I then go into Reiki body scanning, Reiki Healing, and Chakra balancing.
